Hollis & Vane ("we", "us") is a cleaning and home services company operating in West London. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
When you contact us, request a quote, or sign up for offers, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and property address (since our work involves visiting your home or business).
To provide quotes, arrange bookings, and deliver our services. If you sign up to our email list, we'll also use your email to send occasional offers and updates — this is a separate purpose, and you can opt out of it at any time without affecting any booking.
For services delivered through our specialist partner network (painting, plumbing, landscaping, and similar), we may pass your contact details to the relevant specialist so they can carry out the work. We only do this with your knowledge, when you ask us to connect you.
We keep your details for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly to be removed from any list.
