What's included

Guest-ready, every turnover

A full reset followed in the same order, every single time.

Guest reset

  • Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen (if provided)
  • Sofa cushions and throws straightened for photos
  • Personal items from previous guests checked and removed

Kitchen

  • Dishes washed, dried and put away
  • Surfaces sprayed with antibacterial solution and wiped down
  • Fridge checked, wiped and disinfected
  • Bin emptied and surrounding area disinfected

Bathroom

  • Toilet deep cleaned & disinfected — bowl, base, seat and behind
  • Towels replaced, toiletries restocked if provided
  • Shower/bath sprayed, scrubbed and limescale treated
  • Mirrors and glass cleaned streak-free

Final check

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped with antibacterial solution
  • Windows and mirrors checked streak-free
  • Walkthrough to confirm it's genuinely guest-ready, not just clean
