Most EOT cleans take around 6–8 hours, but larger or heavier-condition properties can take longer. We confirm the expected workload beforehand wherever possible.
A standard single oven is included. Double ovens, ranges and unusually heavy ovens are quoted separately. Carpet cleaning can be added at £30 per room, £25 per staircase, £20 per landing and £25 per hallway. Upholstery is quoted after we see the items.
Yes. Send it before the clean and we will compare it with our scope. If it requests anything additional, we will explain it and quote it before you confirm.
No. We can arrange access using keys, a code or lockbox. Electricity and hot water must remain available so the clean can be completed properly.
